This e-commerce site(boe.ee) is owned and all contracts of sale are issued by Eesti Breiktantsu Liit MTÜ (registry nr 80165904, address Tartumaa, Tartu, Tartu linn, J. Kuperjanovi tn 44-3, 50409) („EBL“).
The terms and conditions established on this page apply upon registering an account on boe.ee and/or buying a product from our e-commerce site between the client and EBL.
In addition to terms and conditions established in this page, the law of the Republic of Estonia and European Union applies between the relationship of the e-commerce site client and EBL.
EBL reserves the right to change these terms to comply with changes in regulations or law or if the site’s e-commerce system changes. Terms and conditions found on this website apply to every purchase made at the start of an order.
Terms and conditions can be accessed any time from the site’s footer. To ensure access to terms and conditions which were in effect at the point of purchase, EBL suggests the client to save these terms which the customer agreed at the start of an order.
Making an order and delivery
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not guarantee the product’s existence at the point of purchase. To ensure product delivery, the client must make an order and pay the specified amount to the bank account of EBL.
A contract is formed between the client and EBL when the client has paid for the order and the sums have reached the bank account of EBL.
EBL packages the ordered product after the order has been paid for by the client and dispatches them as soon as possible but no later then 2 days.
Payment conditions, payment and cancelling of orders
All prices on the site are displayed in euros(€) and include VAT.
EBL reserved the right to change product prices at any time. In the case of a price change the price specified at the time point of purchase applies.
The client is required to pay for the product according to the amount specified. EBL will not dispatch the package before the client has fully paid for the order.

The order will be cancelled if EBL has not received payment for an order in 3 days since the order was confirmed and a new order will need to be made.
The client will cover all costs related to payment, such as possible bank transfer costs.
EBL is not responsible for any delays on product delivery, if the delay was caused by inaccurate info provided by the client or another matter that EBL is unable to reasonably foresee or control.
EBL does not check the ticket presenter and the ticket purchaser and is not responsible for whatever damages done related to this.
EBL, at any time, reserves the right to limit the number of tickets able to be purchased by the client(including in the e-commerce shopping cart) and cancel the amount of tickets ordered higher than the specified amount.
According to Estonian law the client and consumer do not have the right of refusing contracts if the time and date of the service is stated in the contract or if the contract requires reserving means which are difficult to find new users for upon client refusal. The client and customer needs to take into account that upon purchase of tickets they do not have the right to return tickets in 14 days for whatever reason.
In the case of an event being cancelled EBL refunds the ticket price to the client’s bank account in 14 days at the latest after a notification regarding the event has been issued on this site. Other fees related to the purchase(such as bank transfer fees) will not refunded.
